SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

*The submission period opens June 4 at 12:00 PM EST. Submissions will close on August 15 at 11:59 PM EST.
*Use the entry form to submit your photo. Include your name, email and the title of the photograph.
*Entries are limited to one per person per contest.
*Entries must be the photographer’s own work.
*Images must have a direct correlation to this month’s theme in order to be approved for entry.
*Photos must be approved, and Midwest Photo Exchange reserves the right to disqualify a submission at any time, for any reason.
*Please note that submission approval can take at least 1 business day, and an entry will only appear in the contest module once it has been approved.
*If you have questions about the submission process, please do not call. Instead, submit any questions via email.

PRIVACY POLICY:

*By submitting a photo, participants agree to the use of credited images in Midwest Photo Exchange’s social media and online content marketing outlets, including the winning images, photo of the day, staff favorites, and honorable mentions.
*Midwest Photo Exchange may use participants’ email addresses to correspond about competition entries.
*By submitting a photo to our contest you agree to be added to our mailing list.

WINNERS AND HONORABLE MENTIONS:

*Midwest Photo Exchange will vote for the winning entries from a pool of selected finalists. All entries will remain anonymous during the selection period.
*Winners of previous contests during the same calendar year are not eligible to win.
