Dipti Balwani
Meet Dipti. Dipti is the Webmaster and Graphic Designer at Midwest Photo, and she uses her creativity and design skills to make our emails, marketing materials, and website the best they can be. No one know how she gets it all done! She is quiet when she works, but she is not meek! She is whip-smart with dry sense of humor, and a serious stretching regimen (she stretches like a cat, constantly). Everyone needs a Dipti in their office!
I loved this frame of Dipti. She portrays a quiet confidence, with a touch of vulnerability. It can be difficult to fill the frame with a headshot without the composition feeling cramped or cropped. What worked in this frame for me was the way she turned her head, which added to the balance to the frame.
